Pastor Josh Dixon

Senior Pastor - pastor@bbcwilmington.org

Pastor Josh has been a lifelong resident of Clinton County. He attended East Clinton schools and graduated from Circleville Bible College with an associate’s degree in youth ministry.  He began working at BBC in 2000. He and his wife Misty served together in the youth department where he later became the Youth Pastor for four years. In 2007, he became the Senior Assistant Pastor with the responsibility of overseeing operations and in 2011 became the Associate Pastor. In February of 2017, the church voted unanimously for Josh Dixon to become the Senior Pastor.  

 

God has blessed Pastor Josh and Misty with three boys; Preston, Parker, and Pace.  They are humbled to serve the Lord in this role and are excited to see what God has in store for BBC!

Justin Tong

Assistant Pastor - jtong@bbcwilmington.org

Justin grew up in Hillsboro, Ohio, and graduated from Hillsboro High School.  He attended Baptist Bible College in Springfield, Missouri, where he majored in Pastoral Studies.  It was during his college years that he met his wife Melissa and they were married in the fall of 1996.  Justin joined BBC Wilmington in 1995 and has served in several areas of ministry during his time as a member, including Junior High Sunday School, Choir/Music, and the Junior Church ministries.  It was while serving in these ministries that he felt the leading of the Lord to enter full time ministry.  Justin served as Youth Pastor at the Hillsboro Bible Baptist Church from 2016-2018; before returning to BBC Wilmington in August 2018. 

Justin and Melissa have three daughters: Allison, Emily and Megan.  The Tongs are excited about God calling them to BBC Wilmington to serve alongside our Pastor and staff as they fulfil the Great Commission.

Aaron Faucett

Minister of Youth - aaron@bbcwilmington.org

Aaron was born and raised in Mount Vernon, Ohio.  He attended Wilmington College where he obtained a degree in Athletic Training and Sports Management with a business concentration.  Since 2001, he had been an Athletic Trainer for the Dayton Dragons.  In May 2014, Aaron answered a call to full-time ministry and began working part-time at BBC as the Minister of Children in June 2014 and began full-time in September 2014. In September of 2015 he began as Minister of Youth.
 

Aaron and his wife Amber were past members of BBC, and have been a strong part of the ministry at Lighthouse Baptist Church in Xenia. They have three children, Abbey, Austin, and Avden.  Aaron is looking forward to seeing what God does next in the Youth Ministries at BBC!

Bryan Coleman

Care Pastor - bcoleman@bbcwilmington.org

Bryan grew up in Blanchester, Ohio where his grandfather, James Gardner, was his pastor and mentor for almost 30 years.  He graduated from Blanchester High School and attended the University of Cincinnati.  He began serving in Christian Education in youth and children's ministries in 1987.  Bryan and his family have attended BBC since 2006, where he began serving as a Deacon in 2007.  He later felt the call of the Lord on his life and surrendered to full-time ministry, and started on staff at BBC in June 2014.  Bryan has a passion for gospel music and serves in the choir and special music.  In 2017 he was appointed by Sheriff Fizer, Jr. as the Chaplain for the Clinton County Sheriff's Office. 
   

He and his wife, Denette, live in Wilmington.  They have two daughters, Kirsten (Bennie) Guardado, and Kinsey. Bryan loves his family, his pastor and church family, and he loves the Lord.  He is humbled, yet excited, to be a part of the BBC Staff.

Casey McCoy

Minister of Children - cmccoy@bbcwilmington.org

Casey is a lifelong resident of Wilmington, and a graduate of Wilmington High School. He worked with his family's business for 20 years, before surrendering to the call of ministry on his life. 


Casey began working full-time for BBC in January 2018 as Minister of Children. Casey and his wife Liza have three children, Isaiah, Tayten, and Quinn.  Casey is available to answer any questions you may have regarding the Childrens ministries of BBC.

Everett Miller

Director of Education - emiller@bbcwilmington.org

Everett began serving on the staff at BBC on a part time basis in August, 2000 and on a full time basis in October of 2006 as Education Director.  In September of 2014 he returned to part time status and now serves as head of the Senior Care Ministry, and oversees our seniors ministry, nursing home outreach, and hospital care.  He also teaches the Auditorium Sunday School class.  
   

Everett and his wife Karen have been married for 18 years and reside just outside Wilmington. Everett has been involved in Christian education for more than 25 years and believes the ongoing Bible education that is available in these ministries at Bible Baptist Church are the basis for continued growth in the life of Christians of all ages. 

Donnie Lakes

General Assistant - dlakes@bbcwilmington.org

Donnie was born and raised in the west side of Cincinnati where he graduated from Colerain High School and Butler Tech (D. Russel Lee) in May 2014.  He then received his associate's degree from Cincinnati State in Web and Multimedia Design in December 2017.  He has been blessed to have been raised in a Christian home, where at an early age he accepted Jesus Christ as his personal Saviour and followed Him in believer's baptism. While on a youth trip to Fort Bluff Camp in Dayton, TN in the summer of 2011, Donnie surrendered to the call of the Lord to full-time ministry.


The Lord led Donnie to BBCW in February of 2019 to serve full-time as a General Assistant.  He is engaged to his best friend, Kinsey Coleman, and is looking forward to seeing what the Lord has in store for them.  He is available to answer any questions you may have regarding the ministries of BBC and looks forward to serving with the BBC Wilmington family in the days ahead!

David Beck

Worship Leader - dbeck@bbcwilmington.org

David grew up in Wilmington, Ohio, and graduated from Wilmington High School and Wilmington College, and he later obtained a Masters' Degree in Educational Administration from Xavier University.  He served as a youth minister with local churches before beginning a career in music education.  He served as the choral director at Wilmington Middle School and Wilmington High School for his entire teaching tenure, but has always had a passion for the Lord and was involved in ministry work in a variety of churches.

 

David joined BBC Wilmington in November of 2018 along with his wife Carolyn and daughter Kyle Marie.  He has three adult children, Rachel, Josh, and Caleb.  He is excited to be serving the Lord full-time in the area of music and worship here at BBC Wilmington.
